My name is David Daems. Together with my wife Andrea, son Nick and our close-knit team of professionals, we form Daems Pilot Service in Oostmalle. We are specialists in guiding your exceptional transport, route exploration and all necessary permits. We can also take care of transportation. We ensure that your exceptional cargo lands flawlessly at its destination and, if required, take all the work off your hands.
Our background
After a career of more than 24 years as a driver, crane operator and supervisor with various well-known companies within the international exceptional transport, it was high time for the next step. Time to spread our wings and do things our own way. Thus, in 2019, Daems Pilot Services became a reality. We didn’t regret it for a second.
The growth
From its inception in 2019, we have seen our team of coxswains and guides grow steadily to 9 people. We work only with regular, exclusive partners, today drive a fleet of 9 escort vehicles. In 2022, we took another big step with the purchase of our own Scania tractor and brand new semi-low loader. A boyhood dream come true!

With all the necessary papers, knowledge and experience under our belt, we are your designated partner for escorting your exceptional transport through Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg. We will also take care of route exploration, permits and transportation if required. This way you have a single point of contact, you are assured of a trouble-free, smooth execution and you save time and money.
