Daems Pilot Service in Malle is a specialist in exceptional transport throughout Europe. We transport your cargo if it is too large or heavy for regular freight transport. We have years of experience, knowledge and our own fleet, including a Scania 6 x 2 tractor and a 4-axle steered semi-low loader. Thus, we have everything you need for safe and efficient transportation of various types of exceptional loads. Our drivers will get your exceptional transport from A to B competently, safely and efficiently. We have all the papers for Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxembourg.

Our fleet now consists of 9 escort vehicles, but the pride of Daems Pilot Service is of course our Scania. We chose this truck very deliberately, because of its strength and reliability. These make it ideally suited for trouble-free and controlled pulling of heavy loads. The 6 x 2 configuration provides excellent traction and stability, making it suitable for navigating diverse terrain and challenging road conditions.

To complement our Scania truck, we at Daems Pilot Service have a 4-axle steered semi-low loader. This specialized trailer is designed to carry extra-large or overweight cargo that exceeds the standard dimensions and weight limits of regular transport. With a maximum loading mass of 42 tons, it can safely transport heavy machinery, structural parts, houses and various other exceptional loads. The trailer’s maximum load length of 21 meters enables the transport of long and bulky items, while its height of 85 cm ensures a low own height, allowing extra-high loads to be transported.

The low loader’s steered axles provide greater maneuverability, which helps when navigating in tight spaces, through tight turns, crowded areas or challenging terrain. This ensures that exceptional loads can be transported smoothly and safely, even in complex transportation situations. Our semi-low loader is further equipped with drive-up ramps for self-propelled machinery, and various approved equipment such as chains, turnbuckles and more. Anything to secure cargo safely and efficiently, no matter how large or heavy it is.

In mid-2023, we also added a new extendable trailer to our fleet. In view of the exceptional transport of very long loads such as steel structures, this new trailer was the appropriate addition to our fleet. It is equipped with the latest technology and can be extended to a length of no less than 29 meters! We are therefore appropriately proud with this new acquisition and we are sure that this will broaden our range of services for your exceptional transport even more!
